- Tasting notes
- In colour it shows some evolution towards golden yellow, yet bright and attractive, complemented by very fine and persistent bubbles; good aromatic intensity, delicate and very fresh, with notes of white fruit, slight brioche and some dried fruit; dry wine with good acidity and structure, at the same time creamy due to the long ageing on fine lees, with good mousse integration, finishing with a smooth and prolonged finish.
- Food pairing
- As an aperitif or to accompany natural seafood dishes. Perfect pairing with sushi and salads.
- Notes
- Contains sulfites
